Our family found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of needing to sell our mother's house once she passed away. There was a lot to do in terms of going through fifty years of memories in order to prepare for the selling of the house. We were overwhelmed. This is where Candice came in. She listened to my sister's and my explanation of what we were going through and then she toured the house to give us her opinion. She was very thorough and optimistic. She provided direction and professional expertise and together we came up with a game plan which included a timeline as to when we needed to have the house cleared out enough to start showing the house to prospective buyers, without having to have the house totally emptied. I've worked with Candice and team for 8+ years now, Candice managed my property and was my Realtor when I decided to sell an investment property. They were very thorough with management, with constantly managing my renters (a very difficult one too) and responding quickly and efficiently to any maintenance or other issues. I don't even live in the same city but have had the peace of mind that one can only have with someone that's earned your trust.
